Paragon gym is an upcoming independent gym for those who are serious about getting fit. with a wide range of clientele, every one is welcome and help is never far. doesn't matter if you're a twice a dayer or first time tryer, you'll never feel out of place or unwelcome.

Been going to paragon for 2 months. i hate the thought of walking into a new gym, not knowing where anything is & even more so when it's not one of the 'chain' gyms. from the point i signed up i knew this was my place. staff & customers are really friendly & helpful. loads of equipment for all ages, sizes & fitness levels. the gym floor is tidy - love how people put everything back!!! ☺️ definitely worth a look if you want to get the best out of your training in a welcoming environment

Started attending paragon gym about a month ago, during that time period found all the staff and the owner a great bunch, friendly and helpful with advice. today joined as a full member. paragon gym is a really good place to train for all levels of abilities. good clean environment and plenty of good equipment to work on. well worth a look.

As a fat bloke with low confidence, i was really anxious about joining a gym, after researching local gyms i felt paragon would be ideal, greeted at reception, guided through the sign up and sent on our way, great experience so far
