Best gym in the city, friendly place, equipment that other places don’t have. It’s clean, lots of space and can accommodate all types of training. It’s also a very reasonable price. Really pleased that I joined, also the manager is very approachable and cares about the members.

Nice, clean well kept gym. Always tidy and welcoming in the morning. Can get a very busy but if you can manage it before 7am there is plenty of machines and free weight areas to use. Gym classes are free with regular availability but most exercise/train themselves or have a personal trainer. Do be aware the gym equipment does get moved around after quarterly refurb and clean, always a task finding the machines again 😂

Wonderful use of space with plenty of Cardio machines, free-weights are at the far end for those who prefer to train that way. I really enjoy going here and easily one of the best Gym's I have been to in years.

Great gym, open 24 hours. Can get busy at times6 app lets you see how many people are at the gym. Variety of equipment.
