Care staff go above and beyond. Very caring, professional and trustworthy. My sisters couldn't live the life they have without them. Managers also so helpful in all aspects. Highly recommend !!!

Currently employed staff member who had to go back into community care work during lockdown after leaving the industry. Woodford try their hardest to accommodate your lifestyle whilst providing great care to clients. Training is online and up to date, managers give constant support and I feel appreciated.

I have experience of Woodford Homecare providing support to a person I was working with through work. I found them to be very responsive to the person's needs and the manager Sandi went above and beyond to provide support even outside of the times/hours which were initially agreed. I’ve had the pleasure of working for Woodford for 5 an half years, met a bunch of amazing people along the way staff and service users we provide support to, it’s a pleasure supporting people in there own home for them to remain as independent as possible. Management have been helpful and supportive through my journey, starting off as a support worker to progressing in my role to more of a senior position.

My husband has been having home visits from Woodford for 4 years now. They are very reliable, in that time they have never missed a visit so we don't have to worry about whether he will get the help. The staff are competent and well trained so I know he is safe with them. They are kind, friendly and interesting people who support everyone in the household including ( very important to us ) our pets.
