Amazing, went into wolverhampton branch today looking for an engagement ring, and the service was second to none. lori was extremely helpful and patient, as i was very vague about what i wanted. very happy with the service and her knowledge.
We went in to look for a watch and the service we got by royston could not have been better, he was very professional and absolutely friendly . we finally bought the right watch thanks to him, he is a real asset for this store.
Bought a ring from the telford branch that needed adjusting in size, but they never answer their phone. rang the wolverhampton store and spoke to a really friendly man who said i can bring it to their store and he would sort it. true to his word he measured my finger and sent the ring off for adjustment. he was just as amiable in person as he was on the phone. really happy with the service i received. i only go to the telford branch because there is disabled parking right outside the shopping centre but almost nonexistent in wolverhampton. now i'll be using this store from now on due to the customer service.
