Cannot praise these wonderful people high enough. Went in for a small alteration to my pocket watch chain. This was done perfectly. And cleaned so it is gleaming. I cannot praise them at the jewellers enough for the exceptional service and costing of bespoke works. I needed extra links putting in my new 9ct gold watch. Rotary had my watch for 9 weeks to give an extortionate quote of over £1000 for additional links. The day after I received my watch back from the high St jewellers I purchased it from E J; I went to see them as I knew he was the guy to go to. He took on board my idea of similar links, to encorperate them into my new watch and fit a safety chain at just over 10% of the cost Rotary wanted. Such a fantastic job, and his skills are amazing. I took my wedding band, eternity ring and engagement ring to be resized and I was amazed at the results. They looked brand new and my engagement ring is forever diamond with a diamond on the inside of the band which is still intact amazingly. Everywhere else I took them to get a quote I was warned that would probably be taken out. I’m really happy with my rings and how quickly they was done. The price to get them resized was decent too. Cheaper than other quotes I’d had. The ladies on reception were lovely also. Will definitely be my go to place from now on. Even though it’s half a hour drive for me so that tells you how good the place is. Thank you!
