Dreams Wolverhampton

Visiting any bed store is an intimidating exercise with so many options on offer but chris at dreams, wolverhampton made everything so much clearer for us. first of all he offered us to try the dreams sleepmatch machine which recommends different beds based on your sleeping position. he then showed us high end options followed by cheaper options of a similar style with useful in-depth analysis of all beds. moving onto the bed frames he made it much clearer on which were the better value frames based on what we were looking for. if you’re looking to buy a bed this is the place to go, all staff seemed very friendly without being pushy. i’m not usually one to write reviews online but the service from chris was next level and feel it deserved a special mention!

Chris was a great colleague who was really welcoming and helpful on my visit. found the exact mattress i wanted and the frame i had seen online. great coffee and chat whilst purchasing products and left feeling positive for the rest of my day 😊

We went today to order new mattresses for everyone. two doubles and a king size. we were looked after by hollie she was fantastic with helping us choose the right mattresses for all of us. we were looked after very well and given in depth knowledge about the products we were buying to make sure we purchased the best products for us. it was a pleasure to visit the store today to make our purchases and we are looking forward to the mattresses being delivered. the store is lovely and clean well stocked with so much choice and the staff are very warm and welcoming.

Excellent service from james, chris and holly at bentley bridge branch. extremely professional and so very efficient! love our new beds! thank you for the super friendly and exceptional service. from the moment we walked in james and chris gave brilliant advice and without being pushy (a complete no no in my book!). holly helped complete the order and achieve the delivery date i wanted and thanks to all three i felt very well looked after as a customer. delivery on time too. won’t go anywhere else now!
