As first time buyers, we had no idea how mortgages worked or where to begin with buying our first property. tom has been brilliant from start to finish and explained everything to us so clearly and in detail. he was always willing to answer any questions and no question was a silly question. tom has been extremely supportive throughout the entire process and i would 100% recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mortgage advisor. without tom our experience would not have been as smooth and for that we are so thankful. we will definitely be recommending tom to our friends and family and would absolutely use him again in the future.
