As first time buyers, we had no idea how mortgages worked or where to begin with buying our first property. Tom has been brilliant from start to finish and explained everything to us so clearly and in detail. He was always willing to answer any questions and no question was a silly question. Tom has been extremely supportive throughout the entire process and I would 100% recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mortgage advisor. Without Tom our experience would not have been as smooth and for that we are so thankful. As first time buyers we were clueless of how the housing market worked. Tom’s first meeting involved getting to know us as buyers and talk us through the steps towards owning a house. A weight lifted off our shoulders almost immediately after the meeting. Throughout the process Tom was on top of all documents and would complete or enquire ASAP.
