Great place for people of all ages who are looking to learn. staff are all helpful and very kind. great musicians. my daughter has been going two years and has always made progress but more importantly she loves it.

I had the delightful priviledge of meeting nathan yesterday at skinner street as i was searching for a keyboard for my daughters upcoming 7th birthday. he guided me through the different types and gave a demo on each. he was polite, listened and we even shared a wee laughter as i chatted away. he wasn't just after my money but gave me the opportunity to choose. eventually i bought the yamaha psr-e373, along with the bench and stand. looking forward to my daughter starting lesson's there. 💯 recommend!!!

My oldest daughter has been having piano lessons here for nearly 5 years and my youngest has been having piano lessons for over a year. all the staff at reception and nathan are all very helpful, polite and friendly. we have had two great piano teachers. it is easy to sort out catch up lessons with brenda at reception and i have always felt welcomed here and respected. any problems that arise, nathan has sorted them out. my kids enjoy their lessons here and are happy with their teacher.

I did 2 months of guitar lessons and a few singing lessons at nathan rose in wolverhampton. main reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the admin process and the policies run at the shop. if you are an adult interested in learning and you have a less structured weekly routine it may be harder for you to participate. as someone who travels for work having to pay monthly for classes i know i won’t always be able to make is not ideal. you are given a grace to catch up but it doesn’t always work out well. as someone who travels for work this did not work for me. the admin for payments and figuring out what lessons you have left or need to pay for is outdated. its all monitored by hand allowing for error and making what should be simple conversions more difficult. i was apparently charged for a no show for a month which i had not even payed for yet. i was not aware that i was on a contract that required me to renew for each month. i was then told that my one catch up lesson would be used to pay for this. i was not aware of a contract or notice period. i think it’s a shame that they are not accommodating of people with less structured lifestyles who are willing to pay for and use the services they provide.
