I Experienced some Excellent Customer Service on My One & only Visit at this Opticians!, My Sunglasses had lost the Screw Attachment at one Side of the Lens & I asked a Very Nice Man who was Behind the Counter if I could Buy a New Bolt/Screw & Nut & He Very Kindly Fixed them for Me there & then Without Charge!.

I ordered some amidose and was amazed with the services it arrived two days later packaged perfectly despite it being out of stock when I ordered it. Thank you very much . Amazing service and you kept me informed all the way . Thank you !!

Excellent service from this place. Had a panic over breaking my spec's (broke last pair this morning and my main pair a couple of months ago). The lady (wish I'd taken her name) who I spoke to on phone said she'd take a look. I went straight there - we found 3/4 new frames that would fit both me and the lenses off one of the pairs. They were fixed within 20 min's. panic over - Xmas saved! Can't thank her enough.

Always professional, never any problems getting a appointment. Ruth on reception has perfect customer service skills. Would highly recommend.
