Having worn glasses for many years, it was nice to find an opticians that i could trust. in particular donna was amazing and helped me from start to finish, she is a credit to your store.

I had an appointment for my son today who has autism. hussain was so professional and understood my sons condition straight away. i am really glad to have chosen this optician. will definitely recommend this optician to every parent who has a child with special needs.

I could not have had a more professional and pleasant experience when i visited taylor biddle last week, to have my eyes tested and choose some new glasses. after a thorough test, with every point clearly explained, i then spent a most pleasurable hour or so with dev and her colleagues selecting some new frames. dev could not have been more helpful or patient and i really appreciated the style advice from the rest of the team too! there was a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and everyone seemed happy to work as a team. i am very pleased with my new specs and look forward to picking them up soon. thank you all!

5 star treatment from elisha she was very patient and understanding with my daughter who can be very shy and withdrawn. her eye test and examination was carried out throughly and without stress for my daughter. from entering the shop we were made to feel very welcome top class customer service from beth who was very through but made my daughter feel at ease with her selection of glasses down to checking that the fitting of frames was on par. would recommend highly.
