Halfway House Dental & Invisalign Orthodontic Clinic

I've been attending The Smile Works at Halfway House for almost two years to complete Invisalign. All staff that have seen me and helped to schedule appointments are very helpful and professional every time I visit, but most importantly to me, they share my excitement in the progress the alignment of my teeth have made over this journey, which isn't a compulsory part of their roles, so it's really nice to see them almost as excited as me at each appointment! Looking forward to completing my Invisalign and taking the photos for before and afters! The surgery is modern, sparkling clean and Millie especially is a lovely friendly face each visit. I would definitely recommend👍

I started off with an Invisalign treatment and the service I received from to start to finish was exceptional. I was so happy with the results that decided to become a regular patient and look after my new smile by joining the practices dental plan. All the staff are very professional and welcoming and the visits I dreaded to the dentist are made more relaxing. Big thank you to Lydia who always gives very good advice on my hygienist visits!

I have a severe phobia of the dentist and for years a few days before the apprehension and the shakes start. Today for the first time in more than twenty years I was not shaking. Hygienist appointments were particularly bad and I have to say Lydia and the team at Halfway House have put me at ease by being caring, understanding and patient. Never thought I would give five stars to a dental surgery. Well deserved and I could not recommend them enough.

Such a fantastic team. Always feel welcome and a valued patient. The practice is modern and very clean too. Amy and Nicky always take great care of me, it feels more like a catch up than a dental appointment. Millie is also super helpful and loves to hear about your day, smiling and cheery as always. I've never felt nervous or anxious coming here, you truly are taken care of!

There's a reason why this place is a Diamond provider of Invisalign! I've been attending Halfway House Dental for roughly a year now and I've had great care throughout my Invisalign journey. So much so, I recommend them to all my friends. During my consultation period, Raj was very thorough at explaining the process to me and made sure I was happy with everything before moving on to the next stages. Nothing was a hard sell and the depth of explaining the process gave me confidence that Halfway House Dental was the right place for me. I started my Invisalign journey and quickly saw results so I'm very happy so far. All of the team have been really friendly and approachable, they're always happy to answer my questions and are very responsive if I need to get in touch through their WhatsApp business number. I see the same dentist at every progress visit and she's lovely. I'm currently in my refinement stage now and I'm really pleased with my results so far. Just a few more tweaks to go and hopefully they'll be exactly how I want them. Thanks to all the team for the help over the year.
