Their service was amazing we had a rat/mouse extermination and today it was the second part of the treatment, as it was the proofing and blocking the holes and our exterminator, sebastian was really good at his job as he was professional and was very quick, definitely reccomend using this company for their services.
I was over the moon when sebastian came to the rescue and i really appreciated his patience with all my questions. it was clear he had thorough knowledge. he put me at ease very quickly that huntsman is great with these problems. even micheala in customer service was so helpful and easy to deal with and replied immediately at any hour i contacted the company. it's definitely a real 24 hour service and it was very reassuring. everything was handled professionally and it was a pleasure to use this company.
I had four visits from them all included in the quote. i dealt with three members of their team . they were all very polite, friendly and professional. they gave full explanations for everything. they were very knowledgeable . i had rats and mice in my loft space and a very large wasps nest in my roof. they put food down and took pictures of their work including filling holes in the roof through which mice and rats were entering my loft space which they sent me by whatsapp. i also called their company and spoke to very polite helpful admin staff. they created a whatsapp group by which i could arrange appointment times to suit me. they were also very polite and helpful. i would give them 10/10 and will definitely be recommending them to my friends, family and neighbours.
A great service, quick and effective. no signs of wasp after first visit and the nests were removed during the second. great price and very professional. sebastian did an amazing job and kept me well informed with pictures of before and after he also explained everything in detail. the service also comes with 3 months warranty, 100% recommend.
