Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve

The walk along g the old railway track great even for wheel chairs, stopped at the cafe in the old station for some home made goodies had a great day😁

For the heart of wolverhampton this place really is a gem. Canals, paddling spots for the dogs, meadows, forest and trails. One of my favourite places to walk when I'm.back home.

Lovely walk on Sunday morning

Great flat surface for prams and kids bikes. Certain entrances are more accessible than others. No lighting available in winter months

Really nice varied walking environment. Mainly flat but the fisused railway path through the woods with the old station platforms and building, the canal side paths and the valley views make a wonderful setting. Shame the cupcake cafe wasn't open.
