Simon very kindly agreed to have a look at my boiler which was having problems at short notice. he said that he would do his best to come and look at it on monday and kept to his word. very reliable and very professional. would definitely recommend again and have added him to my contacts for future reference.

Excellent service from simon at simbuild. had a leak at my circulator pump and was frantically trying to find someone available to come take a look. i left a message on simon's voicemail. he promptly phoned back, had me send him some photos, and was around a few hours later despite it being a busy friday for him. new valves and pump installed efficiently and at a reasonable price. some tradespeople can't wait to get out the door once the job is done, but simon showed me everything he'd done and gave some good advice before leaving. would highly recommend.

We hadn’t used simbuild before as we are new to the area, so we were a little nervous about having such a big job completed by a company we weren’t familiar with. having read so many good reviews, and having received a very reasonable quote, we decided to go ahead and we were so pleased that we did. simon & josh arrived exactly when they said they would and they worked so hard, they were very polite, professional, clean and tidy and the quality of their work was outstanding. we will definitely be booking simbuild again for the boiler service in the future.
