I would highly recommend Rees Page. They helped me through a difficult time dealing with my late mom’s estate, from probate to selling the property they were excellent. Adam always had time for me, he was diligent and professional but most importantly friendly and approachable, no hard sell tactics at all. COVID-19 restrictions were adhered to at all times even though I’m sure these made life a lot harder for them I never felt that their service was compromised in any way. Everyone I dealt with from reception to legal were fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

When I first put my house on the market I was filled with worry and dread of what was to come. I Knew the process was a long one - I was most concerned of the involvement of estate agents as I had read such bad things regarding them. This was the case with quite a few of the Wolverhampton estate agents I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. Rees Page solicitors & estate agents were the exception. From the moment I met Adam I had an instant feeling of trust. A very honest and caring guy. We fell in love with the house he was showing us around - but I had been knocked back by other estate agents for weeks due to me being involved in a chain. Adam was not fazed by this and put me at ease straight away. He actively went out of his way to help me, getting details of my chain which my own estate agents who sold the property had failed to do. He negotiated well with me whilst being very fair to his client of course. Nothing was too much trouble and although the process took approx 5 months to complete, this was mainly due to my slow chain - Adam kept us regularly updated from start to finish. He even sent us a moving in card before my family once we had moved in. Highly recommended and would use again. My only regret was not hearing the name Rees Page before I booked the Agent I did. I can not recommend this company highly enough. From the first phone call they did the utmost in helping us sell our property. Adam in particular exceeded all expectations and regularly went above and beyond in order to smooth what would normally be a stressful event. Bravo! If ever I am again in a position to need an estate agent this company will be my first port of call.

Me and my partner just brought our first house we are so happy with our new home and we have already got straight into it. We want to thank all of you at Reece page who helped us but a special thanks to Adam and Cheryl who helped us massively over the last 4 months we can’t thank you both enough for the advice and how patient you was while we was waiting for the house to go through.
