Beautiful little traditional pub with a range of real ales on pull and a good choice of quality cobs behind the bar for sale. friendly bar staff a clean pub and friendly customer atmosphere. there are 46 pubs on the black country trail this is one of them. i would definitely recommend this pub to stop off and enjoy the beers . carl

Lovely little pub. very warm atmosphere, great food (particularly a fan of the sausage rolls but i heard the cobs are just as good) and drinks. full of friendly, kind, and talkative staff. definitely recommend:)

This is a pub with a nice aesthetic reminiscent of a by gone era. nice patrons. nice staff. a great selection of custom ales reasonably priced. if you like a quiet nice looking venue with old wooden beams and an authentic feel. then this is a gem in the city of wolverhampton.

Excellent black country brewery pub about 10 minutes walk from wolverhampton station. seven cask beers - and 1 cider - on handpump when i last visited including a porter and a mild. lots of outdoor seating some of it covered. the georgian frontage of the pub dates from 1726 while the timber framed rear is 16th century. busy but not impossibly so before and after the spurs game at molineux.
