Many thanks to all the staff working there for the smooth running of the site and their help, in particular Ken and Lewis (Afro Man)

Visited a couple of days ago. The staff didn't just point out where to put my old magazines, they helped carry my stacks of old magazines from the car. Ray of sunshine on a rainy day, thank you Esme and the rest of the team.

No issues with parking in bay, plenty space Was 2 females removing garden waste a very kind worker asked if we needed help which was much appreciated car empty in 2 mins. In an out 👍

Not very helpful staff. Being a female I was struggling to lift items over the barrier. The workers just watched and did not even attempt to assist. This has happened on a numerous occasions (even though they helped others)

Great recycling centre aka "the tip". Need to show some sort of ID to prove you're from Wolverhampton which is a bit of faff but nothing life changing. Tip is organised well and all bays are clearly marked. Staff are much more helpful than they used to be and offer to help if you are looking confused and/or in need of physical assistance. With timber prices being what they are an area where you could take a piece of 2 of timber for your own DIY projects would be good as I often see material that would be perfect for my latest project. 🤣 great place to recycle your rubbish and unwanted items.
