Helpful staff, efficient site. went today expecting a wait but although busy got through quickly. thank you

The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. it's very clean and tidy, well organised and i never have to queue for more than a few mins to get in. this place is a 10/10. i look forward to seeing the lady who dances when she checks id, she would brighten up anyone's day.

Today i took 4 small van size loads to showell road. each load was privet and my vehicle was packed to the roof. when i arrived, there were possibly 4 other cars there so i was thankful it wasn't busy as i knew unloading the car was going to be hard and time consuming work for me. there were several members of staff there, male and female but it was two of the ladies who on seeing me struggling came to my aid on all 4 trips. thank you ladies, unfortunately i didn't get your names, you were friendly, cheerful and professional and i'm extremely grateful for the help you gave me. a second day and another 3 full loads and once again esme and kelly were there to help along with lewis. thank you all, you have no idea what a difference you made.

We have been having a bit of a clear out and went a few times last weekend and this weekend. the staff were all helpful and answered any queries we had about what could go where. as we work in the week we can only go at weekends and had a lot to do, so we were not looking forward to it tbh, but the staff were great, happy and smiling too, which made our trips that bit easier. :)

Staff here are very helpful. this morning i needed to dispose of my old wooden kitchen cabinets; three staff members were there to help me to unload as well as polite staff at the entrance telling me which number would be best to use to put timber into. really first class service!
