Staff are very helpful and patient, went for new school shoes for my 6 year old although she was being a diva the lady was very patient and helps us grt the perfect shoes

Brought my son his first shoes from here. Was greeted by a very friendly lady who was very helpful. She helped provide accurate fitting and recommended best shoes to buy. Not too expensive for great quality shoes. Great service!

Excellent customer service and a great selection of shoes. It's important to note that it's quite a small shop, but still had a good stock. Found school shoes and trainers for one of my sons. Thanks for measuring my boys too! ☺

Took my elderly mother to Clarks (Wolverhampton) to select some footwear. We were struggling with both choosing & sizes which was noticed by the manager, Raj, who approached us & offered her assistance, which we gladly accepted. She was patient throughout & made sure our selection was suitable for my mother. She was assisted by Alex. Always happy to recognise excellent customer service when it is provided.
