Friendly driver Prompt journey Painful, stressful payment Journey was at 5.55am Driver arrived 5 minutes early and helped load car boot with luggage Driver was helpful but spoke little English - I assumed this wouldn't be a problem However, Driver agreed to drop me off at an ATM to pay for the journey - this did not happen I ran into the train station where the driver told me there was a cash machine - this was not true I almost missed my train because of the driver! I phoned to request a link for payment - this did not come through, I then spoke to customer services a further 2 times, payment link only came through on their second attempt Meanwhile... I was made to tell the customer services agent my card details over the phone in a crowded public place I had a train driver annoyed at me for not having the ticket available due to being on the phone to customer services Stressful!

I use ABC Cars most mornings during the working week it's almost become part of my routine to have a quick morning chat with the customer service whilst waiting for a link to be sent for payment. ABC Cars are, in my opinion the best cab firm in Wolverhampton. Always, on time, Cars always clean and drivers polite and helpful when needed. I'd highly recommend and one more thing; very good prices on par with Uber and with some journeys even better. If you found this helpful; please like. Thank you!

My elderly parents 89 and 93 have used this company for years, and have always recommended them, but sadly are now reluctant to use them again, the knock on effect is non of my family or friends will use them either, after my Father had a serious fall the driver collected them from the hospital putting mom's walker in the boot and taking mom's shopping bag from her, both being in extreme shock from the accident she didn't think to ask for the shopping upon drop off, The driver gave mom her walker but not the but of shopping in a bag, upon calling the firm about the bag the driver failed to give her, she was told they had the bag but a taxi change would be made to return it, even after they booked another taxi to take them for an appointment they couldn't get the bag back to them, I'm appalled by this obviously this company doesn't care about it's customers and doesn't deserve the business.... I personally wouldn't recommend them and they've now lost the respect of our family and immediate close friends.......

Mostly a very good service. Have only had one delayed pickup, recently. This was due to it being the handover period. It would have been nice to be notified, and given an opportunity to bring forward my pickup, as I had pre-booked. Always pleasant staff and clean cars.

At 2am I ordered a taxi as a lone female. 15 minutes later I received a text message saying my cab was cancelled. No explanation!! My friend ordered me an Uber on her account which arrived within a minute and it dropped me safely. Completely unimpressed. To add insult to it - there were 2 ABC taxis that arrived during this time and I located their passengers from inside the venue after which my taxi was cancelled. So I had to go back inside and ask for help from my friend. I do not recommend this firm at all. Really need to up your game.
