Iyengar Yoga with Ewa

Ewa is an amazing iyengar yoga instructor and recently became a gong bath expert too. she played a massive role in my journey to becoming aware of body and work towards a healthy life. she radiates positive energy and her classes are not only hard work but fun at the same time which it not always the case at the strict iyengar method. since i met the iyengar method the rest of the yoga types do not mean anything to me ( everyone 's taste is different) these teachers go through a very hard and strict qualification process. ewa is excellent 👌

I have been practicing iyengar yoga with ewa for five years. ewa's expert instruction, warmth and enthusiasm are always present during her classes. whether you are new to yoga or have some experience of yoga, you will learn more about your body and the postures with this style of yoga. practicing with ewa has made me stronger and more flexible. it has been beneficial for my overall wellbeing too. i highly recommend iyengar yoga with ewa🙏

Ewa is a wonderfully inspiring and highly accomplished yoga teacher. her care and attention she shows towards her students is exemplary and she is able to cater her teaching methods to suit the individual needs of her students. her classes are inclusive to all levels of students from absolute beginners to advanced learners. i started attending her classes about 18 months ago and as a total novice to iyengar and yoga in general, ewa was able to walk me through the various postures and movements in a way that didn’t seemed daunting to me. if there are people out there, who like myself, are new to yoga and are unsure what type of class would be best suited to their needs i would highly recommend ewa. 🙏
