Very efficient and friendly service. Took 4 watches in to have new batteries fitted in June '24 and was given a very good discount by the owner. When one of the watches appeared to have a faulty battery, this was changed immediately with no quibbles whatsoever. It is a traditional jewellers with knowledgeable staff.
