Very efficient and friendly service. took 4 watches in to have new batteries fitted in june '24 and was given a very good discount by the owner. when one of the watches appeared to have a faulty battery, this was changed immediately with no quibbles whatsoever. it is a traditional jewellers with knowledgeable staff.
