Just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman staff member (with a beard) who assisted my mother on friday afternoon she fell outside. he brought he in to a sofa to rest, gave water, offered taxi or ambulance. she decided to get home but later was taken for xrays. nothing broken thankfully. thank you, whoever you were. jenny
