Just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman staff member (with a beard) who assisted my Mother on Friday afternoon she fell outside. He brought he in to a sofa to rest, gave water, offered taxi or ambulance. She decided to get home but later was taken for xrays. Nothing broken thankfully. Thank you, whoever you were. Jenny
