It’s free to enter the garden and eat in the cafe. You have to join the 1 hour tour to go upstairs to see and understand the history of the house. We parked in the nearby NC P Cathedral Carpark. Remember to download the NCP app and register before entering the carpark, otherwise you have to pay the double price.
