First time I've not had to go back & have them re fitted. Experienced opticians & the staff that fit them when ready, are absolutely great. Nowhere else for me now.

Really good service provided by the staff here. From the person who conducted my eye test to the lovely lady who helped me pick frames to the person who adjusted my glasses during pick up. Highly commended.

Went in the store in Worcester this morning. I was served by Abbie who was very helpful and friendly. She also found me a deal too. I had many quieres and she solved eveyone to my satisfaction. Very happy indeed Thank you Abbie. Hope I was not too demanding.
