Jim was fantastic from start to finish. We called with a squirrel issue in our loft, and Jim helped us go through all the possible humane solutions before ultimately we had to trap it. Fast, responsive service, reasonably priced and you can't find a nicer guy to work with than Jim! Highly recommended.
Great service, I thoroughly recommend. Within an hour of my phone call the wasp nest had been dealt with. Everything was explained and a follow up call offered.
I spoke to Jim after we had a number of moths appearing in some rooms upstairs, suspecting them coming from the eaves in the loft. Jim was really responsive and come round to take a look as soon as possible and offered some great advice on next steps. Very friendly and will be certainly use again if I have any more bug problems.
