David Lloyd Worthing

Located approx 1 mile off A27 on west side of Worthing. Larger club than most and was busy but not uncomfortably so. Good sized indoor pool and outdoor pool open even at 7pm (after dark). Recommend flip flops as quite a walk on wet tiles from changing room to poolside. Didn't use gym or club room so cannot comment on them.

Recently joined and it has been fantastic. I have had some free PT sessions which have been great and really helped me to feel comfortable on what equipment works for me in the gym. The kids have loved the swimming facilities and I am really pleased we have all joined. Great gym for families!
