Great gym, friendly staff, polite members. They value safety and correct form during classes. The coaches are very professional and support everyone in the session, they call you by name and that makes you feel valued and cared for.

Impressive gym. Lots of smith machines. Huge dumbbell selection. Area for sled push. Massive machines and even Kinesis machines. Those aren’t seen in many gyms. Large floor area in which to work. Impressive gym and lots of benches so there is no waiting.
