Hi, my name is Jan and I’m a proud owner of Zen Den Worthing. I’m a sports massage therapist level 5. I can treat injuries as well as promote relaxation. Not all massages have to be painful. I’m based in durrington near durrington health centre. Majority of my clients come to me from worthing, durrington, rustington, littlehampton or shoreham. I qualified in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage and remedial massage.
