Very helpful and friendly staff, fixed the lock so client can feel safe in their home.

Their locks aren’t the cheapest, but they are extremely well made and have a great customer service. They helpfully offer a lock fitting service too, and if you’ve a lock registered with them it’s easy to get spare keys cut (or emergency access if you’ve managed to lose your keys)
