I've used t&c for over 3 years to manage my rentals & they've been great! the team are always professional &very responsive, as well as having a wealth of knowledge (especially around changes to legislation, the area etc) which has been super helpful!
Fantastic. took just 3 days between listing our property before accepting an offer - particularly great work by steve here who did a great job with our listing. friendly team, not pushy. also one of the best commission rates in town. can't recommend highly enough!
Very recently rented a house through t&c, was very happy with my two personnel's simon and katie. they have both been brilliant with responses, answering any questions, always asking if they can do more to help. definitely 5* rating from me!!
