Valhalla Gym

Untill last week I hadn't set foot in a gym for over ten years and loved my first session at Valhalla. I felt very welcome and wasn't judged. Gym was clean and tidy and has lots of machines and free weights to use. Will be returning and would highly recommend.

Class gym, great ambience and everyone are always a help if you ask

Absolutely fantastic gym. I came here having an average knowledge of gym , fitness and weight lifting. I've achieved so much in such a short space of time. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Never been so welcomed somewhere. If you're serious about your fitness you should be here
