James the manager there is bang on, I didn't have an appointment but that didn't matter. Puncture was found by Dean and am I lucky! He found I'd worn the tyre away and the other side nearly did the same so he took excellent care of me, the fact he was busy didn't phase him at all. Highly reccomend
