National Trust - West Wycombe Park, Village and Hill

Big fan of National Trust properties, great house (photos not allowed inside), amazing grounds, and the most welcoming and knowledgeable volunteers. Didn't disappoint to my Jane Austiny cravings.

Lovely tranquil walks around the lake and grounds. The views from the mausoleum at the top of the hill are amazing - it's a steep climb though! …

Smaller than expected, but nice to walk around and not too busy (it was raining though). The house part open to visitors is quite small, photography is not allowed (but too dark anyway). A bit too expensive compared to other parks and gardens, hence only four stars.
