I first went to Denise in late 2022 with ongoing neck and shoulder discomfort. I was very satisfied with my experience from the beginning. Denise works in a very holistic and person -centred way, enquiring about all aspects of my life and how explained how acupuncture and cupping could help. Denise displays great knowledge of her craft and you can sense her passion in helping people. After only a couple of sessions of massage, cupping and acupuncture I could feel relief...and began to spread sessions out. I went for five sessions in total. I also mentioned I suffer from sinus pressure/infections regularly and she did a bit of work on them, to which I felt immediate release!!! In an ideal world I would pay Denise a visit weekly due to the lovely, relaxing and calming sessions she provides💛 I popped back for a once off session during a stressful time when my neck and shoulders flared up again, which really helped! I would recommend Denise to anyone who is experiencing neck/shoulder pain or who needs a bit of sinus release!! She's a star 🌟 thanks so much x

I genuinely cannot recommend Denise highly enough. I started seeing her after having covid to help treat fatigue, attention issues and chronic neck pains. Not only did she work wonders on me but seeing her every couple of week was a balm for the soul. Her practice is a true sanctuary and she is incredibly knowledgeable, generous and caring. I am constantly recommending her services to friends.

Fantastic treatment from Denise for a really painful shoulder, neck and upper left arm which I had suffered for two and a half rather miserable weeks. The only relief eventually was to lie down in bed with my shoulder on a hot water bottle. A visit to a chiropractor failed to result in any improvement but rather the opposite. After my first treatment by Denise, the shoulder felt a little better, after my second it was a lot better and after my third, all the pain had gone! Amazing. Denise is lovely as well, as others have said, and I’d strongly recommend her to anyone with similar problems to mine.

I 100% recommend Denise. She really makes you feel cared for and listened to and her treatment room is a sanctuary to relax and feel looked after. She is very knowledgeable, kind, supportive and experienced. My acupuncture treatment with her was very successful and I really felt the benefits in a short amount of time.
