This was my first time trying acupuncture and i have to say that i found it hugely beneficial for particular problems i was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus. i was so pleasantly surprised with the changes following each acupuncture session. tiziana has an amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. she also recommended books and took a holistic approach to my particular problems (which i found conventional gp approaches did not). tiziana really listens to what you are trying to achieve and tailors the treatment to suit. she is clearly very skilled at what she does.
