My chronic back, hip and leg pain was ruining my life. I thought I would never walk, run or dance again. I developed an appalling limp where I lurched through the day, dreading having to move at all even if it meant only walking across a room. I first started my acupuncture treatment with Tiziana in summer 2020 after having some health difficulties. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I have to say that I found it hugely beneficial for particular problems I was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus. I was so pleasantly surprised with the changes following each acupuncture session. Tiziana has an amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. She also recommended books and took a holistic approach to my particular problems (which I found conventional GP approaches did not). Tiziana really listens to what you are trying to achieve and tailors the treatment to suit. She is clearly very skilled at what she does.

I had suffered for some time with carpel tunnel syndrome and was keen to avoid drugs or surgery. I contacted Tiziana and after an initial consultation and first treatment I could feel the difference. Six sessions later and I have full mobility in my hand, no tingling in the fingers and can sleep through the night without discomfort. Tiziana is great, she listens, reviews the progress on each visit and adjusts the treatment accordingly.
