Lovely staff, very much care about their clients wellbeing and were so kind asking throughout if I needed or wanted anything to drink and checking if I was OK during the appointment. Individual big thanks to the lady who did my hollywood wax she was so kind, listened to me, was happy to talk and comfort me if needed and also the lady who did my other waxing treatments booked, bless her she made sure I was gonna be OK getting home. Will return here for future treatments me thinks!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My partner purchased me a massage at Envy for a christmas gift. I had not been to Envy before and I can often feel a little nervous about going to new salons for treatments, however, the service I received from start to finish was first class. For a salon in town, there is lots of parking locally. When I arrived at the salon I was made to feel very welcome. The massage was very relaxing and took place in a lovely, relaxing setting. I will be sure to return soon and highly recommend Envy! Thank you

This cost double what I pay in Central London but not even half as good. But my gel manicure was terrible. My fingers were bleeding in two places. My cuticles were barely touched. The gel was lumpy and lifted in numerous places. I had to have it removed and redone somewhere else two days later. The rating is only as high as it is because the staff were all lovely (even though I was late for reasons outwith my control).

Had gel nails with basic nail art. Took much longer than the appointment time, weren’t neat, had bubbles in + only lasted 8 days. It took 2 people to do the nail art which was redone multiple times + still not perfect. Staff were absolutely lovely but shouldn’t offer services they’re not comfortable doing especially as I checked the design I wanted was okay first. Eyebrows were great on the other hand.
