Had an appointment with louise for russian lips today. her attention to detail is second to none, she is an absolute perfectionist! i was a little apprehensive about the pain but she reassured and explained the treatment fully. to my amazement i didn't feel a thing because she is very gentle! thank you louise, my lips look amazing and its definitely given me the confidence boost i needed. x

I wish i’d starting going years ago! i’ve had amazing results from my laser hair removal treatments and it’s given me so much extra confidence. it’s great to not have to constantly worry about excess facial hair. lou is so friendly and welcoming and she explains the process really well, making you feel completely at ease 🙂

I've now reached an age where i need a little assistance keeping the facial wrinkles at bay. i've tried a few different places and never been completely happy, but having now found loves hair & beauty i wouldn't go anywhere else. louise is brilliant at what she does and i'd recommend to any of my friends!
