Frank was so helpful and knowledgeable about cargo e-bike options and also gave me tips on changing my inner tubes more easily! thank you so much, i will definitely be back when i'm next in the area.

Stopped off on a circular ride from barnsley to york to grab some food - great breakfast with terrific service. fantastic place! massive thanks to the lads in the service bay for sorting my gearing out ready for my return ride. highly recommended.

This is a great place to relax with your dogs if you are taking a walk by the river southbound! lovely original menu, something different... staff very friendly, what more could you ask for but a bit of peace and quite, lunch and even a dog treat

Brilliant service and advice. we went looking for e bikes to get us back into cycling. andy was very helpful explaining the options that would meet our needs. the two reise and muller nevo’s have proven to be a revelation. fantastic all round bikes for road and trail. after two and a half months and 700 miles we couldn’t be happier. thanks to everyone at cycle heaven

I collected my new bike yesterday and just wanted to show some appreciation for the guys that work here for an excellent service. i have to give a special mention to piers who went above and beyond. i'm 6'8 and 20+ stone so as far as customers go, not the easiest. i rang up to order a bike that i thought was suitable only to be told by piers that what i wanted probably wasn't right for me. he took the time to do some research off his own back and reccomend a bike that was ordered and in stock within a week. i rode home yesterday from york to beverley and the bike is absolutely perfect. i will use these guys again even if they are nearly an hour away from me. thankyou very much.
