We cannot emphasis how much jon and his team are saviours to the cycle industry. they sorted us out with a very esoteric part within 24hrs of our ‘crisis’ phone call. polite & well mannered and with quick and efficient delivery. you can bet your last pound on this establishment to get it done. he is a hero in our book and you need him in your side. thank you jon, we wish you the very best. yours sincerely, from everyone here at bellevue bicycle workshop.

A friend told me about cycle street after having a bad experience with another shop in york. looking for a comfy commuter bike, i walked in on my way to town and tried a few bikes but was not totally convinced about the colour. returned a weekend later and jon took his time to go through the available models and colour options. great advice and help. really recommend this team and shop.

Great store and possibly the best customer experience i've ever had. i needed a bike part that was hard to find. they didn't have one, so they found a supplier that did and contacted me to let me know. 100% would recommend.

Very good service for buying a new bike. thank you to joe for helping with the purchase. and thanks to the staff for building the bike quicker than i had originally planned for. only given 4 not 5 stars because the range of bikes available in my budget was a bit low but that's a minor point. happy with my purchase and with the customer service.

Excellent friendly helpful service from the team at cyclestreet. i popped in for some advice and had my bike realigned. the staff were beyond helpful and really knowledgeable. there was no charge or pressure to buy anything. i then booked my other bike in for repair. this was fixed and serviced swiftly and fully. it feels like a new bike! can't recommend this place enough. brilliant place and team.
