Giant Store

I was on my way to work at York St. John when my chain snapped. Luckily I happened to be just a few blocks away from the Giant store, so I walked it over and knocked on the door. It was about 15 minutes before the store opened, but they let me in and agreed to replace the chain before the end of the day, which was an enormous relief. They also replaced the rear cogs and the brake pads. The end result was a bit pricey, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful, considering I'd come to them out of nowhere before the store was even open. Absolute lifesavers!

Best bike buying experience I’ve had. They set the bike up to my exact requirements and very quickly. Full walkthrough of the bike’s features and genuinely seemed to care about the buyer’s experience. Chapeau!

Thanks to the fantastic staff at Giant store, York. I picked up my new TCR Advanced SL 0 Disc today. Travelled from Rotherham to pick up my bike. Everything was ready and sorted thanks to the excellent communication and advice over the telephone yesterday. The staff (especially Dave) were really helpful and friendly. They couldn’t have done more. I’d highly recommend Giant bikes (this is my 3d) and the Giant store in York.
