I was struggling to find a pair of road shoes that fit me. the fitting service from andy was really good and highly professional, shoes were ordered and arrived in a couple of days and most importantly are a fantastic fit. brilliant start to finish customer service.
Bike went in for its first service and to sort out an issue with the tyre. absolutely excellent service and great communication from the start. really friendly staff and will certainly be using again!
What generosity. rarely seen, they gifted my young boy a bike bell. struggled to find one that fits any size bike. but they had the perfect one. little did they know, it was his 4th birthday. thank you very much again🚲
I can only be full of praise for andy and his team at york cycleworks. andy is extremely knowledgeable and took great care and attention to get the right bike and right fit for me. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, you will definitely not be disappointed.
Amazing service! from start to finish. ordered a bike through cycle 2 work scheme, but needed it asap. they turned it round in a couple of days! and even when there was a price change i was contacted about it and provided an option of store credit or 'refund' on voucher. warm and welcoming when i collected the bike! thank you so much guys!
