Booked to get a carpet cleaned. They arrived and promptly told me they couldn’t do it because it was upstairs. No mention of this when booking. The company agreed to refund me but it was pretty odd to be honest. Not sure how only cleaning ground floor carpets can be profitable enough?

We had our living room carpet cleaned by a friendly local chap and we’re happy with the results. Unfortunately some cleaning product managed to get onto the furniture by accident and we contacted the company. Managing director Ben took it upon himself to rectify the situation to a positive outcome and left us feeling valued customers.
