Phone Doctor - Mobile Phone Repairing Service York

Had a fantastic experience with Shah at the Phone Doctor, visited the shop in December for a new screen on my IPhone 6s. Shah fitted me a black one as they had no white ones in stock, he said to me the next time you are in York just call in and he would replace it for a white screen and gave me a receipt to do this, 5 months later I returned to York and went into the shop and Shah replaced the screen with no problem. excellent service very happy will visit them again.

Today, I went to this shop asking for a sim card and they provided me with a free sim. Thank you. Before that I had gone to the EE shop and they had me to wait for 3 minutes until a person customer service representative came to speak to me. Then they send me into the second spot and asked to wait for few minutes and came with various sim contracts. After all that I asked for the sim which I had asked at first and they said they don't sell the sim and pointed me to phone doctor. Considering both these experiences I would recommend phone doctor over the others in terms of service. I expect they would provide better phone repair solutions as well based on this.

Friendly and expert help to fix my phone. It's now like new again! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Repair at a very reasonable cost and within 1hr! It's not worth buying a new phone when you can get your damaged phone repaired here. Many thanks for excellent service.

Shah is very professional, friendly and helpful. I encountered a problem with my SIM card and I have asked many people but nobody knows how to solve the problem. He has good knowledge on mobile phones. He is also very sincere and honest. I highly recommend this shop
