Really impressed with this place - not only was Serkan able to source a genuine Motorola battery within two working days, but the replacement itself took under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Great stuff

I broke my new pixel 7 screen on Friday night walking back from work, it wouldn't even turn on and after visiting another shop (irepair 😑) Saturday morning who tried to charge me £40 to unlock a SIM on the spare phone I thought I'd have no luck in getting it repaired at an okay price but the man at this shop was lovely! He had it done for me within half an hour and even threw in a few extras as the new screen has one tiny, almost unnoticeable scratch on it and he noticed how worried I was. I will say pixel screens are quite expensive to replace compared to other phones but if you break it, definitely go to this shop for it to be repaired! Thank you to the owner for being so kind! It made me feel a bit better about the whole ordeal :))

In addition to your phone needs they offer luggage storage. As a couple of Aussies arriving by train a few hours ahead of check in it was a really convenient and safe place to store our gear. (Recommended to us by a local). Really friendly staff and cheap price - highly recommended.

Best place to fix your phone hustle free and super quick. My Samsung's screen died a while ago and couldn't get it fixed via Samsung as they wanted to erase all my valuable data. So, I went to Phone Universe and they fixed it instantly for me in a fraction of the price that I would have paid to get my data erased... Amazing owner, very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to help me out. I can't thank them enough - highly recommend
