We can not thank Tristan and the team enough for the difference they have made to my daughter's pain and as a result her life. From the moment we arrived with a distraught teenager in serious physical pain to this day their care has been professional, highly skilled, compassionate and kind. Tristan knew exactly how to talk to her and always made her feel at ease despite the obvious distress she was experiencing as a result of her condition. He listened to her and knew exactly how much treatment she could handle each time. Now back to playing cricket and enjoying life once more she has Tristan and his team to thank . Already recommended Phil to a few people! After years of trying different sports massages thinking the issues I had were purely muscular, someone recommended me to see Phil. Best decision ever. His knowledge of the body is incredible. Nothing is a quick fix but improvements are being made in the short amount of time I have been seeing him. I highly highly recommend Phil! Whenever someone mentions any kind of back or knee pain, Active Care is the first and only place that comes to mind. I first saw Phil about 4-5 years ago when i was in excruciating back pain and after a few sessions he helped to heal the pain. Now i only need to see him every 6 months or so. All the staff are so kind and welcoming, I have NOTHING bad to say about Active Care.

Where to start. Staff amazing so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with from booking to the physical sessions. Very personal but professional service all were great with a recently sudden death and they were so accommodating. Now the sessions them self's are great. Had a upper back issue for years and on 1st visit Tristan literally found it on the 1st check. After a few breath taking sessions ( in a good way!) eventually started to get some progress and now can safely say so so much better. Really well explained at what the issue is, what he does to help it and what you can do to help your problem. Can not rate them highly enough. Thank you
