I would recommend this practice to anyone reading this review but please don't take my word for it you must book an appointment as the care compassion dedication of kristian giving you the time to carry out an indepth assessment and give you the correct pathway of treatment he has helped to alleviate the issues in my spine and shoulders to give me quality life and to function very professional caring service with very dedicated helpful receptionist

I had suffered with debilitating back and neck pain for many years. strong analgesics were a waste of time just masking the pain, not resolving the issue. making an appointment with kristian was a life changer. i started with twice weekly adjustments, then weekly, then monthly. mobility and flexibility was vastly improved and i was pain free. seven years later i still have regular appointments to maintain a healthy spine, balanced nervous system and promote my physical and mental well-being.

Only had an assessment so far but it was very thorough and has given me real hope that one day i’ll be free of years of pain and be able to return to some sense of normality. such a relief to for once, not feel dismissed or like i was imagining/exaggerating the sometimes utterly debilitating daily pain.
