MOLLY MAID

For many years we have used Molly Maids, and they have greatly improved the quality of our lives and the general cleanliness and appearance of our house. They do excellent work, are polite, helpful and reliable, and in general are a pleasure to do business with.

Generally very good. Not 5 stars because (a) there is a lack of consistency between the cleans. We can always tell they have been - the standard of cleaning is good, but some cleaners are clearly more thorough than others and (b) too many mistakes with payments over the years.

Excellent services. We have a fortnightly visit that leaves our cat-occupied home much cleaner. The team that attends are always polite and friendly and are mindful of the specifics we've asked for. On the very few occasions where there's been a problem or breakage everything has been resolved satisfactorily on a very short timescale.
