I am completely impressed with the service from Yorkrepairs.com, I received a morning call from my 79 - year old mother, very upset, that the computer did not work she only got a black screen. I called Val, explained the problem my mum had with her computer, and he went out to see her at that same evening. Val resolved and fixed other problems found, which was wonderful, but more important was the service Val provided. My moder lives slightly outside the York area, but Val made an exception for her. Val went the same day, which was really important as my mum doesn’t get out much this days, and the computer is her lifeline. He was patient with her, explained things to her, fixed the problems without upselling at all, The rates were not the cheapest I would wanted to pay but everyone else I had made an enquiry with were even more expensive! My moder says that he’s a really nice man. So mum is happy, me too, because we now know who to call when she has any issue with the computer, the smart tv or her mobile phone. It’s unusual to get such terrific and personal service, I don’t hesitate to recommend this company, thanks.
