Very friendly and welcoming, Rosie is my dentist and always makes me feel welcome. Charlotte, who is the treatment helper, talked me through clear braces, but unfortunately, I wasn't suitable, but she still took the time to explain which added a personal touch. All in all, it is very nice and welcoming and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable.
